  • 1 head Chinese cabbage, shredded (Napa cabbage)
  • 2 bunches green onions, sliced
  • 1 box sesame seeds
  • 2 pkg. Ramen noodles, crunched (throw away seasoning packet)
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 pkg. sliced almonds

Directions

  1. Combine cabbage and onions; store in plastic bag. Brown sesame seeds, almonds, and noodles in butter and set aside. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil to dissolve sugar. Cold completely. Combine all ingredients and toss before serving.
