Chicken Vegetable Newburg Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Boneless chicken breast, cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 c. Broccoli florets
  • 1 1/2 c. Cauliflower florets
  • 1 jar Chicken Tonight Cooking Sauce for Chicken Creamy Mushroom
  • 1/3 c. Sherry Warm,cooked rice

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, thoroughly brown chicken in vegetable oil; drain fat.
  2. In a medium saucepan, lightly steam broccoli and cauliflower about 3 min; drain thoroughly. Add in steamed vegetables, sauce and sherry to skillet. Cover and simmer 20 min or possibly till chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  3. Serve over warm, cooked rice.
