Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or possibly thighs
- 4 thin slices cooked ham
- 1/2-1 c. cheese, grated (any type)
- 1-2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. white wine
Directions
- Flatten chicken pcs with mallet. Place a slice of ham and desired amount of grated cheese on top of each chicken piece. Roll up each chicken piece, jelly roll style and till string around each end to hold it together.
- In frying pan, heat butter. Place chicken "rolls" in pan and brown on all sides. Add in 1/2 c. white wine, cover and cook for 8-10 min. Remove string before serving.
