Easy to prepare dressing for mixed green salads.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pts. sour cream
- 2 1/2 pts. mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 3 tbs. parsley
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar or juice from 2 lemons
- 2 tbs. Italian seasoning blend
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
