  • 1/2 c. Fine, dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Gratedd Parmesian cheese
  • 4 x Chicken breats,boneless
  • 3 tsp Butter
  • 1 x 8 ounce. can tomatoe sauce
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 1/4 tsp Dry whole oregano
  • 1 c. Shredded mozzarela cheese
  • 1 x Egg, beaten

Directions

  1. Combine bread crumbs and parmesian cheese. Dip chicken in egg and coat. Preheat skillet to 350 degrees. Add in butter and cook chicken 3 minutes on each side. Combine next three ingredients. Pour over chicken. Reduce heat to 220 degrees, cover and cook 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzerella cheese, cover and cook till cheese melts.
