Directions

  1. Place bacon and onion in 1 1/2 qt casserole. Cover. Microwave at high (100%) till bacon is crisp and onion is tender, 3-6 min. Stir in remaining ingredients.Microwave at medium high (70%) till chicken livers are hard and tender and sauce is thickened, 17-20 min, stirring once or possibly twice. Serve over rice or possibly noodles if you like.
  2. This can also be prepared on top of stove. Fry bacon and onion, brown livers, then add in other ingredients and simmer till done. Makes 4 servings.
