Ingredients
- 6 x loin pork chops
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. fat
- 1 can chicken and rice soup
Directions
- Dredge pork chops with mix of flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic pwdr.
- Heat fat in skillet on medium heat and brown chops. Turn heat to low and add in soup. Cover and simmer for one hour.
