  1. In skillet, slowly saute/fry chicken in butter for 4-5 min; remove and set aside. Mix cornstarch and juice, stir in 57 Sauce and marmalade. Pour into skillet; heat, stirring till thickened. Place chicken in sauce. Heat. Serve garnished with almonds. Serves 4.
