Ingredients

  • 3 c. chicken, cooked & diced
  • 1 c. seedless grapes, halved
  • 2 c. pineapple chunks or possibly tidbits, liquid removed
  • 1 c. apple wedges (or possibly smaller), unpeeled & dipped in the pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. Fruit Whipped Cream Dressing (see recipe)
  • 6 lettuce c. (large as possible)
  • Paprika (optional)
  • 1/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted

Directions

  1. Combine chicken, grapes, pineapple and apple wedges. Refrigerateto almost serving time, then blend with the Fruit Whipped Cream Dressing. Dip edges of lettuce c. in paprika, if you like. Turn salad into c.; top with almonds.
