Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked chicken, in bite-size pcs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. canned lowfat milk or possibly cream
  • 1 can El Chico enchilada sauce
  • 1/2 pound grated cheese
  • 3/4 bag Fritos (11 1/2 ounce. size)

Directions

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients to make sauce. Then layer in large pan in following order: Fritos, sauce, cheese, sauce, Fritos, cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for about 25 min. Serves 8 to 12.
