Ingredients
- 6 med Chicken breasts
- 6 slc Bacon
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 2 x Cloves garlic
- 1 pch Grnd vinegar
- 1 pch Grnd clove
- 1 c. Cooking sherry Pepper
Directions
- 1. Crush the garlic with the vinegar, cinnamon and clove.
- 2. Wash the chicken breasts, dry them and rub them with the vinegar, spice and garlic mix. Wrap the bacon around the chicken breasts and secure with a toothpick.
- 3. Place the breasts in a casserole dish. Add in sherry and pepper.
- 4. Bake on medium heat for 15 min. Turn the breasts over and cook till tender, bathing them from time to time in the sauce.
