  1. 1. Crush the garlic with the vinegar, cinnamon and clove.
  2. 2. Wash the chicken breasts, dry them and rub them with the vinegar, spice and garlic mix. Wrap the bacon around the chicken breasts and secure with a toothpick.
  3. 3. Place the breasts in a casserole dish. Add in sherry and pepper.
  4. 4. Bake on medium heat for 15 min. Turn the breasts over and cook till tender, bathing them from time to time in the sauce.
