  • 1/3 c. Strained marinade, reserved from filet mignon recipe
  • 1 1/3 tsp Finely minced shallots
  • 1 tsp Lingonberry jelly
  • 1 c. Brown sauce (see recipe)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer on low heat for 5 min. Lingonberry jelly is available at gourmet specialty shops if you have difficulty finding it at your grocery store.
