Directions

  1. Beat egg yolks till light and fluffy. Add in the oil, sugar, salt, cinnamon, orange peel, zucchini and vanilla. Mix well.
  2. Combine the flour, soda, baking pwdr and walnuts and add in to above mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
