  • 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 1 can (13-3/4 ounce.) ready-to-serve chicken broth
  • 1 pkt (7 ounce.) elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 3/4 lb (12 ounce.) VELVEETA Process Cheese Spread, cut up
  • 1 pkt (10 ounce.) frzn minced broccoli, thawed and liquid removed

Directions

  1. COOK and stir chicken (2 min or possibly till no longer pink) in large skillet coated with no stick cooking spray.
  2. STIR in broth. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8 to 10 min or possibly till macaroni is tender.
  3. Add in Velveeta and broccoli; stir till Velveeta is melted.
  4. Prep Time: 10 min.
  5. Cooking Time: 15 min.
