In searching for an easy biscuit recipe, I happened on this one somewhere and fooled with it a bit. It's super easy and takes little time to prepare. These biscuits disappear in a flash, especially if served with butter.

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix ingredients together and drop dough, quarter cup size portions, onto a baking pan.
  3. Brush butter on top.
  4. Bake 12-14 minutes, or until lightly browned
  5. Recipe easily cuts in half.
