  • 10 x White Castle hamburgers
  • 1 lrg Can nacho cheese
  • 1 head lettuce, minced
  • 2 x Minced tomatoes
  • 1 med Minced onion
  • 1 lrg Jar salsa
  • 1 lrg Bag nacho chips
  • 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
  • 25 x Minced black olives
  • 1 lrg Bag shredded chedder cheese

Directions

  1. Spread 1/3 salsa on the bottom of a 9" x 13" pan. Spinkle with 1/2 c. shredded cheese and minced onion. Cut each sandwich into 4 - 6 pcs and arrange on top of salsa, cheese and onion. Add in more salsa, shedded cheese, onion and black olives. Pour nacho cheese over all and bake at 350 deg F)
  2. for 15-20 min. Remove and cold 5 min. Top with lettuce, minced tomatoes, onions, shredded cheese, black olives and lowfat sour cream dollops.
  3. Serve with nacho chips.
