Ingredients
- Red felt, (9x12 to make 2 birds)
- 1 x 1/4 inch wid redribbon, (cut 9 inches) Yellow and black acrylic paint Tracing paper
- 1 x Thin black marker for tracing Craft glue or possibly warm glue Peanut butter play dough, (1 part peanut butter to 1 part instant lowfat milk) Bird seed or possibly sunflower seeds
Directions
- Trace a bird cookie cutter or possibly pattern onto tracing paper and cut out.
- Place pattern on to felt, outline with marker and cut two (2) birds.
- Warm glue ribbon in place and outline bottom bird with glue, leaving an opening at the top. Place second bird on top. Referring to the pattern, paint beak yellow, face black and dot a yellow eye; allow to dry. Mix play dough and roll small balls into the sunflower seeds; place in c.. Put c. into bird pouch and hang on tree.
