Ingredients
- 2 c. Cooked white poultry, cubed
- 3 ounce Baked tortilla chips
- 2 ounce LF cheese (camembert, mozzarella, e Jalapeno peppers, diced
- 4 x Peppercorns, crushed
- 6 x Spinach leaves, minced
- 6 x Artichoke hearts, quartered
- 1 c. Alfalfa sprouts
- 16 ounce Black olives, liquid removed, halved
- 3 x Tomatoes, cubed Lowfat sour cream
Directions
- 1. On large baking sheet, arrange tortilla chips proportionately and place chicken meat over top. Heat in oven till hot.
- 2. Meanwhile, heat cheese in microwave till creamy and pourable (if it stays too thick, add in lowfat milk to thin). Add in jalapenos and pepper and mix well.
- 3. Pour over chips and chicken. Top with spinach, artichoke hearts, sprouts, olives and tomatoes, in which order. Serve with lowfat sour cream.
