Directions

  1. PAN: 12 BY 20 BY 2 1/2-INCH STEAM TABLE PAN
  2. 1. Add in Frzn BROCCOLI TO SALTED WATER; RETURN TO A BOIL; COOK UNCOVERED, FOR3 Min. COVER; REDUCE HEAT; COOK 7 TO 9 Min Or possibly Till JUST TENDER.
  3. DRAIN; PLACE AN EQUAL QUANTITY IN EACH PAN.
  4. 2. BROWN CRUMBS IN BUTTER Or possibly MARGARINE. SPRINKLE 1 C. CRUMBS OVER BROCCOLIIN EACH PAN.
  5. 3. GARNISH WITH HARD COOKED Large eggs.
  6. NOTE: OTHER SIZES AND TYPES OF PANS MAY BE USED. SEE RECIPE NO. A02500.
