Ingredients
- 1/4 c. raspberry vinegar
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream or possibly yogurt
- 1 c. raspberries
- 6-8 sprigs fresh mint
Directions
- Place all ingredients into blender. Puree till smooth. Refrigerateand serve. (To sweeten, add in raspberry preserves.)
