- 1 1/2 c. Bread crumbs, stale - fine
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk, scalded
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 4 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
- Add in lowfat milk and butter to crumbs and soak till crumbs are soft. Add in well beaten Large eggs, then flour, salt, and baking pwdr. Cook same as other griddle cakes.
