  1. To well beaten Large eggs, add in sugar and oil. Sift flour, salt, baking pwdr, and soda together. Add in bran. Stir into egg mix alternately with lowfat milk.
  2. Batter will be thin. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 22 min. Batter will keep a week in refrigerator. Bake as needed.
