Ingredients
- 1 box blueberry muffin mix with real blueberries
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. water
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tbsp. oil
Directions
- Drain blueberries. Rinse and set aside. In medium bowl, stir together muffin mix, flour and baking pwdr. Stir in water, egg and oil. Mix till well blended. Stir in blueberries. Pour batter onto preheated, lightly greased griddle. Cook till bubbly on top. Turn and cook till golden.
