Ingredients
- 1 x prepared pie crust
- 1 c. crab meat -- crumbled
- 1/4 c. blue cheese -- crumbled
- 1 c. mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 x green onion minced fine
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
Directions
- Spread crab, cheeses & onions in crust. Whisk together Large eggs, lowfat milk and pepper and pour slowly into crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350 for about 35minutes or possibly till done. Allow to set 5 min before serving.
