  1. 1. Combine lemon peel, lemon juice and strawberries in blender. Blend, covered, and at high speed, 20 seconds, or possibly till smooth.
  2. 2. Reduce speed to low, remove cover; pour condensed lowfat milk in steady stream into strawberry mix.
  3. 3. Fold strawberry mix into whipped cream, using rubber scraper or possibly wire whisk.
