Ingredients

  • 1 can black bean soup
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 2 c. steamed leeks
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. sherry
  • 1 can beef broth
  • Marjoram
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Garnish: grated Jack & diced red onion

Directions

  1. Puree all ingredients except cream. Cook 20 min over medium heat. Add in cream and cook 10 min more. Let "rest" overnight before serving. Freezes well.
