- 2 1/2 c. Cooked AM Bit-O-Barley
- 1/2 c. Grnd raw cashews Or possibly- almonds
- 1 Tbsp. AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Sage
- 1 1/2 tsp Poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp Celery seed (grnd with nuts)
- 3 Tbsp. Onion flakes Or possibly- fresh onion, minced
- 1 c. Tomato puree
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. AM Wheat Germ Sea salt to taste (optional)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and bake in an oiled casserole dish at 350 F. for one hour.
