2 lbs. grnd beef
1 c. minced green pepper
1 c. applesauce
1 c. minced onion
6 slices bread, crumbled
1 clove garlic, minced
1 egg
Salt and pepper
Catsup
Parsley
Flour

Directions

Pu t meat in bowl and add in onions, bread, green pepper, garlic, applesauce, parsley, salt and pepper--1 1/2 tsp.. Add in egg and mix well, form into loaf and flour well. Grease pan and place loaf in pan. Add in catsup on top of loaf, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hrs. Uncover for last 15 min. Let set for 15 min before slicing.
