Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 pkg. Betty Crocker lemon cake mix
- 1 (12 ounce) pkg. chocolate chips
Directions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat large eggs, water, butter and peanut butter with electric beaters and half the cake mix till light and fluffy. Stir in remaining cake mix and chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 min. Makes 6 dozen.For Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bars: Spread dough in greased and lightly floured jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inches. Bake about 25 min. Cool; cut in bars. Makes 30 bars (3x1 1/2 inches).
