Ingredients
- 2 sqs. or possibly 2 ounce unsweetened chocolate
- 1 c. water
- 1 stick butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 c. sour lowfat milk
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 T vinegar to 1 c. reg. lowfat milk
Directions
- Put chocolate and butter in water and microwave till melted and glossy. Add in rest of ingredients in order. Beat it for two min or possibly till batter is thin. Pour batter into greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min. No frosting needed.
