Ingredients
- 1 c. Uncooked rice
- 5 tsp Butter
- 1 c. Minced onion
- 1 c. Minced carrots
- 2/3 c. Minced scallions
- 3 tsp Sesame seeds
- 5 x Large eggs
- 5 tsp Soy sauce Salt Pepper
Directions
- Cook rice according to package directions. In a large skillet heat butter.
- Add in onions, carrots and scallions. Saute/fry till carrots are translucent/soft.
- Set aside. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place sesame seeds in a shallow pan.
- Bake till golden (10 to 15 min), shaking pan occasionally for even color. Lightly grease another skillet. Beat Large eggs. Pour into warm skillet. Cook as you would scrambled Large eggs. Combine rice, vegetables, sesame seeds and Large eggs. Add in soy sauce. Stir. Salt and pepper to taste.
