Add a photoI was hungry one day and i wanted something that was simple and easy but different so i came up with this dish. Hope you like it. Give me your feed back.
Ingredients
- ground beef 1lb
- julienne thin bell peppers/i used red and green 1 cup
- julienne thin onions 1cup
- mushrooms half cup
- crushed red peppers 1 tablespoon
- fresh garlic 2 tablespoon
- Penne Pasta half pound
- Cream Cheese 6oz
- Tomato Sauce i can
- Shredded Cheese/ Any kind your perfer 2cups
- Parmesan Cheese/grated or shredded 11/2 cups
Directions
- Boil your pasta off.
- cook off your beef and season to taste. While its cooking add the garlic.when almost done add your bell peppers,red peppers and onions.Drain
- put back in pan mix all ingredients except the shredded cheese and use half the parmesan cheese.
- put everything in a baking dish
- top with Shredded cheese and mix with parmesan.
- bake for about 15 mins
