Ingredients
- 2 lbs. beef stew meat
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 (12 ounce.) can 7-Up
Directions
- Place meat in 2 qt casserole dish, covered. Don't season. Pour dry onion soup mix over meat, then the can of mushroom soup and the last can of 7-Up. Cover and bake at 275 degrees for 4 hrs. Don't open oven during cooking. When done, remove from oven and let stand 30 min. Serve over rice or possibly noodles. Serves 8.
