Ingredients

  • 1 kilo beef chunks about 1 1/2 inch size
  • 4 pcs bacon strips
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 medium-sized onion, chopped finely
  • 10 small white onions, whole
  • 3 pcs red and green bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 4 to 5 pcs potatoes, quartered and fried
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 small can tomato paste or 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. MSG
  • 2 carrots, cubed
  • 1 piece bay leaf
  • 1 1/2 cup water
