Ingredients
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. wine
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard (wet or possibly dry)
- 1/4 teaspoonginger
- Chopped onion
- Garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- Dash of Tabasco
- Pepper
Directions
- Mix all together in blender or possibly processor. Put meat in ziplock bag and pour marinade over. Seal and chill overnight.
