Directions

  1. Soy Sauce Vinaigrette: In small bowl or possibly food processor, combine vinegar, soy sauce, pepper, ginger and garlic. Whisking constantly or possibly with motor running, gradually blend in oil.
  2. In salad bowl, toss bean sprouts, pimiento and onions with vinaigrette. Just before serving, add in spinach and sesame seeds and toss.
  3. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
  4. *To toast, spread sesame seeds in skillet over medium heat; toast, shaking pan gently till seeds are golden brown
