Ingredients
- 2 lb Top round, flank or possibly sirloin steak
- 1/2 c. Soy sauce
- 5 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1/2 x Clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp Ginger pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 3 doz bamboo skewers
Directions

- Preparation Time: 10 min
- Difficulty Level: 21Servings: 3 dozen sticks
- 1. Slice beef into 1-1/2 inch squares about 1/8-inch thick.
- 2. Blend together the rest of the ingredients.
- 3. Marinate steak bits in this sauce for 20 min.
- 4. Skewer meat on bamboo sticks. Cook quickly over charcoal or possibly barbecue.
