Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. molasses
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
- 8 pcs chicken breast, legs, thighs
Directions
- Skin chicken pcs, cut breasts in half. In a large bowl, mix together Dijon mustard, vinegar, molasses, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and Tabasco for marinade. Marinate chicken for an hour (less if you haven't planned ahead). Remove chicken and reserve remaining marinade.
- Barbecue or possibly boil chicken for 10 min. Turn and coat chicken with marinade and continue cooking till done. Heat reserved marinade to boiling, simmer for 2 min and spoon over chicken before serving. Serves 8. Marinate chicken for an hour.
- 1 breast = 165 calories with 8 being saturated fat calories. 1 thigh = 150 calories with 14 being saturated fat calories.
