  1. Cream butter and sugar at medium speed. Add in large eggs at medium speed. Add in bananas and vanilla. Mix. Add in 1 cup flour, mix low speed. Add in buttermilk and mix till blended.Add in remaining flour and soda and salt. Mix low speed till blended. Add in oats, chocolate chips - stir by hand. Spread in 9 x 13 inch greased cake pan. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 33 min.
