  • 2 x Bananas, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 x 3.4 ounce. package vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 x 8 ounce. container frzn whipping topping, thawed
  • 12 x 5 ounce. paper c.
  • 20 x Vanilla wafers, crumbled
  • 12 x Wooden sticks

Directions

  1. Toss together minced banana and lemon juice.
  2. Prepare pudding according to package directions, mix in whipped topping and banana. Spoon 1/4 c. mix into each paper c..
  3. Sprinkle proportionately with vanilla wafer crumbs, and top proportionately with remaining pudding mix. Insert a craft stick in the center of each c.; freeze till hard.
  4. Yield: 12 servings.
