  • 4 Tbsp. Margarine -- room Temperature
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice -- divided
  • 1 Tbsp. Chives -- finel minced
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard -- country Kind
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon peel -- grated
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  • 24 ounce Salmon fillets -- 4-6 ounce. Fillets
  • 1 bn Chives

Directions

  1. Pour 3/4 Tbsp. lemon juice on top of 4 fillets. Mix remaining ingredients till smooth. Spread one Tbsp. of mix on baking pan covered with aluminum foil. Place fillets on foil with skin side down.
  2. Divide remaining mix on top of fillets. Bake at 450 for 10 min.
  3. Garnish with chives if you like.
