Baked Pineapple~Sriracha Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Brussels Sprouts
  • Drizzling of Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Pineapple Juice
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper

Directions

  1. Rinse and Cut Brussels Sprouts in half add into a mixing bowl, add Sriracha Sauce and Pineapple juice, salt, black pepper stir to mix.
  2. Transfer to a non stick rimmed baking sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, cover with aluminum foil and bake @ 400 F 15 minutes, remove foil and bake additional 5 minutes.
  3. Plate and serve.
