Perfect to dunk into your morning milk, tea or coffee!

  • 8 Slices thick sourdough bread (or your favorite)
  • Cinnamon-Sugar-Nutmeg-Clove season mix (homemade)
  • 8 tablespoons softened butter


  1. In a small bowl add one tablespoon cinnamon,
  2. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar,
  3. one teaspoon nutmeg,
  4. one teaspoon Clove,
  5. mix spices to combine
  6. Spread butter on top side of each slice of bread, add season mix to each buttered slice
  7. Pop into the broiler (keep an eye on them) broil/Toast to your liking
