Directions

  1. Place skinned chicken parts in roasting pan, sprinkle with soup mix. Add in potatoes (Faye says red potatoes are the best). Top with onion and green pepper slices depending on how much you like them. Place tomatoes over this. Bake at 350 degrees till meat and potatoes are well done. Test by inserting fork. On a real hot day this can be done in Dutch oven on top of stove at low temperature setting.
