Ingredients
- 2 lb Farm-raised catfish fillets
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp White pepper
- 1 x Lemon, juice of
- 4 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
- 1 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
Directions
- Sprinkle fish fillets with satl and pepper; place in greased baking dish. Add in lemon juice and parsley to mayonnaise and spread over fillets. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min, or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
