Ingredients: 2 x Catfish, (7 to 8-oz) fillets; 2 ounce Butter; 4 ounce Worcestershire sauce; 1/2 tsp Finely minced garlic; 1/2 tsp Jerk seasoning; 1 tsp Dijon mustard; 3/4 c. Catsup; 1 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar Salt and pepper to taste; 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley, (for garnish)

Ingredients

2 x Catfish, (7 to 8-oz) fillets
2 ounce Butter
4 ounce Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Finely minced garlic
1/2 tsp Jerk seasoning
1 tsp Dijon mustard
3/4 c. Catsup
1 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. Minced parsley, (for garnish)

Directions

Season fish with salt and pepper. Place fish in an oval casserole dish. Heat butter in small saucepan. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer about three min. Spoon sauce over fish and cook fish in 375 degree oven for about 10 to 12 min (or possibly till done). Sprinkle with minced parsley.
Yield: 2 servings
