Ingredients

28 ounce ketchup
1 Tbsp. chile pwdr
1/2 Tbsp. cumin
1/3 c. malt vinegar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. yellow mustard
6 ounce Oktoberfest or possibly bock beer

Directions

Finely chop chilies. Heat the oil and cook onion and garlic till soft. Add in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a gentle boil stirring constantly. Then turn down and let simmer till thick.
