Place bacon on bacon rack. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on High for 3 1/2 min or possibly till almost done. Starting 1/2-inch from the end, slit each warm dog lengthwise. Cut cheese into 4 strips and place in warm dog buns.
Wrap bacon around warm dogs and secure with toothpicks. Drain grease from bacon rack. Place warm dogs on rack. Cover with paper towel.
Microwave on Medium-High (70%) for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 min. Spread mustard on buns and place bacon wrapped warm dogs in each. Hot, if you like, 8 seconds each.
