  • 1 pkt Eagle Mills Sourdough bread mix
  • 1 pkt Bacon-Onion Dip mix - (0.56 ounce)
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 3/4 c. small curd dairy cottage cheese

Directions

  1. Combine Eagle Mills Sourdough Bread Fold in bread machine with bacon-onion dip mix. Add in water and cottage cheese and program bread machine on medium crust - white bread cycle. Slice when cold.
  2. This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
  3. Comments: Makes an excellent and unusual bread to use with warm beef sandwiches.
  4. Yield: 1 loaf
