Ingredients: 3 ounce Bacardi rum; 1 tsp Tomato ketchup; 1/2 ounce Lemon juice; 1/4 pt Chicken stock; 2 ounce Butter; 1 tsp Salt; 1 tsp White pepper; 1 tsp Cornstarch

1 tsp Tomato ketchup
1/2 ounce Lemon juice
1/4 pt Chicken stock
2 ounce Butter
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp White pepper
1 tsp Cornstarch

Directions

In a saucepan, pour bacardi rum. Add in tomato ketchup, chicken stock and reduce by half. Add in diluted cornstarch and simmer for 5 min. Add in butter an whisk into mix, season with salt and pepper to taste.
